The cast iron set includes a 12” Round Skillet, 12” Reversible Grill/Griddle, Removable Cast Iron Handles, and a Bamboo and Stainless Base. The cookware comes pre-seasoned although they recommend washing and re-seasoning before the first use.
It is suggested that you start with fatty foods and avoid acidic foods until you have built up a substantial layer of seasoning. Some of the meals shown on their product page include steak, pineapples, asparagus and salmon. With some experimentation, you could probably cook a wide variety of meals.
